Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.

EU Orders are sent duty paid, as long as you live within the EU you should not have to pay any import taxes for your order.

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you change your mind for whatever reason, we will happily refund your purchase within 14 working days of receiving your order. The item you are returning must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.

We do not cover the shipping costs of a returned item. Please ensure to track your returned parcel through your selected courier to ensure parcel does not get lost, as we are not liable for lost returns.
